  • Attorney (San Diego)

    Dummit Buchholz & Trapp, San Diego seeks a litigation attorney with 5-10 years of experience to work within its medical malpractice and general liability practice groups. California bar admission and excellent references are required. The ideal candidate has exceptional analytical skills, pays acute attention to detail, is motivated, reliable and can work both independently and collaboratively with others. The candidate must have a professional demeanor and an impeccable record of defending matters from pre-trial stage through trial preparation. 

    Position Requirements
    • JD from an ABA approved school
    • Licensed to practice in California
    • Litigation experience
    • Experience handling insurance defense matters
    • Ability to think and act independently, with minimal supervision
    • Medical background and/or experience a plus but not required
