Evan Kalooky focuses his practice on defending tort claims through diligent and efficient representation from the pre-litigation phase to trial. Mr. Kalooky began his career pursuing employment and personal injury claims, and uses that experience to discerningly evaluate liability and damages early in the litigation process. He fosters strong client relationships and understands that clear communication engenders results that exceed expectations. Due to his substantial trial experience, Mr. Kalooky places an emphasis on focused and meaningful discovery in order to obtain a prompt resolution of claims. Mr. Kalooky has a history of successful litigation in California State and Federal courts and prides himself on ethical representation centered around each client’s goals.

Prior to moving to California, Mr. Kalooky attended law school at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, where he graduated with honors on the Dean’s List each semester. He was Editor-in-Chief of the Environmental Law Project and published several papers that were presented at continuing education symposiums. Mr. Kalooky was also a member of the Craven Moot Court Bench, and continues to foster law student trial experience through annually judging a national mock trial competition. Mr. Kalooky enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two daughters, as well as playing soccer and travelling.
