Moira S. Brennan is Senior Counsel, practicing in Dummit, Buchholz & Trapp's San Diego office.  Ms. Brennan is intricately involved in Healthcare Law, Business Litigation, and serves as co-chair of the Employment Law group.

Along with expertise in litigation, Ms. Brennan also serves clients in policies and practices to curtail regulatory issues and prevent litigation. Her experience encompasses federal, state and local healthcare, business, and employment law. Ms. Brennan provides dynamic, client-centered civil defense of corporate entities, including numerous hospitals and local as well as national corporations.  She provides diligent representation in all aspects of case management from initiation through settlement or trial, including consistently maintaining client involvement in all aspects of case management and planning.

Working with clients through counseling of staff, supervisors and managers, Ms. Brennan offers consultation services and presentations on healthcare compliance, evolving healthcare laws, best nursing practices, documentation, healthcare and employment policies, hiring, employee handbooks, discipline and termination, discrimination and harassment training, and wage and hour.
