Scott D. Buchholz is the managing partner and senior trial lawyer at Dummit, Buchholz & Trapp.  He specializes in civil litigation with emphasis in professional liability, commercial and business litigation as well as arbitration and administrative licensing matters.  He regularly consults with health care institutions on regulatory and compliance issues.

Mr. Buchholz joined Dummit Buchholz & Trapp in 1989 after having practiced in the central New Jersey law firm of Lomell, Muccifori, Adler, Ravashiere & Amabile commencing in 1985.   

Mr. Buchholz is an active member of the southern California Risk Management community, serving as a past President of the San Diego Association of Healthcare Risk Management.  He regularly speaks on industry topics including risk reduction of professionals and businesses in industries including healthcare, hospitality, retail, self-storage and commercial properties.
